Francesca uses a variety of evidence-based approaches to support her clients' ability to face challenge and move towards growth by fostering the development of meaningful relationships with oneself, with nature, and with others. Francesca believes in the multiplicity of the psyche and is highly experienced in the therapeutic applications of working directly with the different aspects of one’s personality and their internal conflicts (Parts Work / Internal Family Systems) in order to facilitate healing and self-discovery in her clients.

Francesca’s strong scientific background and extensive training reflects in her ability to integrate creative mindfulness-based approaches with with evidence-based modalities such as MBSR, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

As one of the co-founders of IrisBridge, she collaborates with other holistic practitioners in the Boulder and Denver areas who share her vision of a new approach to personal and social healing founded in the bridge between cutting-edge scientific knowledge and the insights of contemplative practices.

Sara Schultz has a degree in Somatic Psychology and Creative Writing from Naropa University and she is a Registered Psychotherapist in the State of Colorado. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing, mindful communication and boundary work, and body-centered practices such as Authentic Movement. She has experience facilitating trainings in compassion fatigue and burnout for medical professionals, and writing workshops designed to explore personal challenge through creative expression.
